All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges

At DrugTestKits.ca, all sales of drug test kits and related testing products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Why No Refunds?

Our drug test kits are single-use, sealed diagnostic/medical devices. Once opened or handled, they cannot be resold or reused due to hygiene, contamination, and regulatory/safety standards. This protects the integrity of the products and complies with health and safety requirements for such items.

Exceptions (Statutory Rights)

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy for change-of-mind returns, this policy does not limit your rights under Ontario law:

  • Defective or Non-Conforming Products: If a product is defective (e.g., fails to meet implied warranties of merchantable quality or fitness for purpose under the Sale of Goods Act), or was not as described, you may have rights to a remedy such as repair or replacement. Contact us promptly with details, photos, and proof of purchase. We will assess the claim in accordance with applicable law.
  • Unfair Practices or Other CPA Rights: You may have cancellation/refund rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 in specific cases (e.g., late delivery beyond 30 days of the promised date, unsolicited goods, or proven unfair practices).

To exercise any potential statutory rights, contact us immediately with your order number and supporting evidence. We reserve the right to require proof of defect and may arrange for inspection or return at our discretion where legally required. Any valid statutory remedy will be actioned within 15 days (or as required by law).

  • All products are shipped as described and sealed.
